Acer Day 2025: Swift Edge 14 AI, Portable Display, and Smart Projector Launched in Malaysia

In celebration of Acer Day 2025, Acer Malaysia has unveiled several new ultra-portable products designed for productivity, creativity, and entertainment on the go. These include the Swift Edge 14 AI laptop, the PM161QT portable touch display, and the AOpen QF23s smart portable projector and the affordable EK1 series of monitors.

Acer Swift Edge 14 AI

Leading the lineup is the Acer Swift Edge 14 AI, a premium ultraportable laptop that was first introduced at Computex 2025. Dressed in pearl white, this 14-inch AI-powered laptop weighs just 0.99 kg and offers up to 21 hours of battery life, giving users the freedom to work or create without being tethered to a power source. The keyboard is coated with a UV-cured finish that adds a soft, velvet-like texture and protects against daily wear and stains.

The laptop’s 3K OLED display delivers vivid visuals with 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification. In a world-first, the display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass treated with Matte Pro technology, which cuts reflections by up to 95%, a major advantage when using the device outdoors.

Under the hood, the Swift Edge 14 AI is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 9 288H processor with an integrated Intel Arc GPU and a dedicated AI-optimised NPU. Other smart features include a high-resolution FHD camera with IR sensor for secure Windows Hello login and Acer User Sensing 2.0, which intelligently manages privacy and power efficiency by detecting user presence.

Available now exclusively at Acer Concept Stores, the Swift Edge 14 AI is priced at RM7,999. From 23 July to 6 August 2025, customers who purchase the laptop will receive an Acer HyperScrolling Wireless Mouse and RM200 in Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit, worth a combined RM449. They’ll also be in the running to win weekly prizes and a grand prize of a trip for two to the VCT Pacific Stage 2 Final in Japan.

AOpen QF23s

Also introduced is the AOpen QF23s smart portable projector, a compact and colorful device designed to turn any space into an instant entertainment zone. Projecting in Full HD resolution at 250 ANSI lumens with instant autofocus, the QF23s is powered by a bright 6,500-lumen LED light source. It supports both wired HDMI and wireless connectivity, and its built-in speakers can function as a standalone Bluetooth speaker. Its 2-in-1 handle doubles as a stand, making it easy to set up at different angles.

Priced at RM649, the QF23s is now available via Acer’s eStore, official online stores, and authorised resellers. As part of a launch promotion, it’s offered at a special price of RM559 from 24 July to 30 September 2025.

Acer PM161QT

For users who prefer to work or create across multiple devices, the Acer PM161QT portable touch display is another compelling release. This ultra-slim and lightweight 15.6-inch Full HD screen connects easily via USB-C and supports 10-point multi-touch, making it ideal for sketching, presenting, or collaborating on the go.

With its anti-fingerprint and anti-glare coatings, the screen remains visible even in bright conditions, while Acer VisionCare technology helps reduce eye fatigue. It’s priced at RM499, but will be available at a promotional price of RM459 from 24 July to 30 September 2025.

Acer EK1 Series

Acer is also making gaming and content consumption more accessible with the launch of its new EK1 series monitors. Offering a 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms (VRB) response time, the EK1 series delivers smooth visuals with support for AMD FreeSync technology and vibrant Full HD IPS panels. Designed with a sleek, near-borderless frame and ergonomic stand, the EK1 monitors are equipped with built-in speakers and Acer VisionCare features to improve comfort during extended use.

The EK241YP6 (23.8-inch) is priced at RM359, the EK251QP6 (24.5-inch) at RM379, and the EK271P6 (27-inch) at RM429. Each purchase made between 24 July and 9 September 2025 will come with a complimentary Acer Wireless Optical Mouse worth RM69.
