EC-Council’s 2025 CEH Hall of Fame Highlights the World’s Top Ethical Hackers
Aman
EC-Council — the group behind the well-known Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification — has just released its 2025 Hall of Fame Report, putting a spotlight on the top 100 ethical hackers from around the world.

The report breaks down how getting CEH certified can seriously boost a cybersecurity professional’s career. These hackers weren’t just high scorers (90% or above on the CEH exam); they were also chosen based on leadership, innovation, real-world impact, and how active they are in the community. Finalists came from 93 countries, but only 100 made the final cut.
According to the report:
- 100% say they got more recognition at work after getting CEH certified.
- 99% say the certification helped their careers.
- 97% say CEH helped them keep up with new cyber threats.
- 91% think it gives them an edge over other cybersecurity certs.
“These aren’t just hackers — they’re future-proofing companies,” said EC-Council Group President Jay Bavisi.
Looking ahead, EC-Council is launching a new AI-powered CEH program. It’s built to train people for over 45 cybersecurity job roles using hands-on labs, real-world scenarios, and AI tools. For those interested, can download the full Hall of Fame 2025 report from the official website today!
