Acer Introduces Mobile Smart Monitor Lineup, Starting From RM2,699

Acer Malaysia has expanded its monitor lineup with the CA1 series, a pair of smart monitors built to move with you rather than stay bolted to a desk. The lineup comprises the CA271 and CA321QK, both mounted on a wheeled ErgoStand that lets users roll the screen from say, the dining table to the kitchen to the bedroom without unplugging anything, thanks to a built-in battery rated for up to three hours of use.

Both models come with adjustable height, tilt and orientation, catering to seated, standing or reclined viewing. The CA271 is a 27-inch display while the CA321QK steps up to 31.5 inches, and both use VA panels with wide viewing angles, up to 4K UHD resolution and up to 85% DCI-P3 colour coverage.

Running on Android, the CA1 series comes with built-in access to Netflix, YouTube and Google services straight out of the box, along with up to 10-point touch support and built-in Wi-Fi for direct streaming. Wireless screen mirroring is also on board for casting from a phone or laptop, and the monitors can slot into a broader smart home setup over Wi-Fi.

Bluetooth connectivity rounds things out, allowing a keyboard, mouse or external speakers to be paired for work or entertainment. An 8MP camera handles video calls and it has a physical sliding cover for privacy purposes when it’s not in use.

The Acer CA321QK is priced at RM3,499 and is available immediately through authorised resellers and the Acer eStore, backed by a three-year pick-up and return warranty. The CA271 is priced at RM2,699 and is currently open for pre-order until 30 September 2026. Buyers of either model before that date will also receive a complimentary Acer portable monitor, either the PM191QE worth RM469 with the CA321QK, or the PM161QJ2 worth RM299 with the CA271, while stocks last.

Alongside the CA1 series, Acer has also introduced the Predator X27U W2, a 26.5-inch QD-OLED gaming monitor aimed at gamers who want colour accuracy without sacrificing speed. It offers WQHD resolution, 99% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage and E<2 colour accuracy, paired with a refresh rate of up to 240Hz and a 0.03ms response time.

NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible support is included to cut down on screen tearing and stuttering, and the monitor connects via HDMI 2.1 with an ergonomic stand offering tilt, swivel, pivot and height adjustments.

The Predator X27U W2 is priced at RM1,799 and is available now through authorised resellers and the Acer eStore. Buyers who purchase before 30 September 2026 will also receive a complimentary PM161QJ2 portable monitor worth RM299, while stocks last.
