Acer Malaysia Launches Predator Helios Neo 16, Orion 5000 and New Displays at Sunway Pyramid Roadshow

Acer Malaysia has unveiled a slew of gaming products spanning laptops, desktops and displays, timed alongside the Predator Kasi Onz Roadshow at Sunway Pyramid running from 14 to 17 May 2026.

The Predator Helios Neo 16 leads the launch as a mid-tier gaming laptop powered by up to an Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 laptop GPU. The 16-inch 16:10 IPS display is available in configurations up to WQXGA+ resolution with a 180Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time and 100% sRGB colour coverage.

Cooling is handled by a 5th Gen AeroBlade 3D fan, and connectivity comes via Intel Killer DoubleShot Pro combining Killer Wi-Fi 6E and 2.5G Killer Ethernet. Audio gets DTS:X Ultra, Hi-Res Audio certification from the Japan Audio Society and Acer PurifiedVoice with AI noise reduction for cleaner voice capture during calls and streams.

The Helios Neo 16 starts from RM7,299 with an RTX 5050 and goes up to RM9,999 for the RTX 5070 configuration.

The Predator Orion 5000 is the brand’s latest desktop, pairing an Intel Core Ultra 7 265F processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 in a 45-litre chassis built from 65% post-consumer recycled plastic.

It ships with 32GB of DDR5 6000MHz XMP RAM expandable to 128GB and 1TB of SSD storage with additional SATA and M.2 expansion support. Wi-Fi 7 handles wireless connectivity, and the Predator CycloneX 360 cooling system manages thermals. An EMI-compliant tempered glass side panel and customisable ARGB lighting round out the aesthetic.

The Orion 5000 with its single variant is priced at RM14,999.

On the display side, the Predator XB273U X2 is a 27-inch QHD IPS gaming monitor with an overclocked 210Hz refresh rate and 0.5ms response time, priced at RM799 and backed by a three-year pick-up and return warranty.

Joining it is the Nitro PG241Y P1, a 23.8-inch portable monitor billed as Malaysia’s first portable gaming display at this size, running at 144Hz over a single USB-C connection with a built-in kickstand for flexible placement. The Nitro PG241Y P1 is priced at RM649.

All four products are available now at the Acer eStore, official Shopee and Lazada stores and authorised resellers nationwide.

Those heading to the Predator Kasi Onz Roadshow at Sunway Pyramid Blue Atrium can take advantage of additional deals on top of the standard pricing.
