Acer Malaysia Launches New Predator and Nitro Gaming Monitors With Up to 500Hz, Starting From RM479

Acer Malaysia has refreshed and launched three new gaming monitor lineups, spanning its Predator and Nitro brands, covering everything from competitive esports displays to more accessible everyday gaming screens.

At the top of the stack is the Predator X27U F5, a 26.5-inch WQHD OLED monitor pushing up to 500Hz with a 0.03ms response time. The headline feature here is Dynamic Frequency and Resolution technology, which lets the DisplayPort connection switch between 500Hz at FHD resolution for competitive play or WQHD at 60Hz when visual fidelity takes priority.

Colour coverage sits at DCI-P3 99% with Delta E below 2, and the monitor carries both AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certifications. Connectivity includes two HDMI 2.1 ports, two DisplayPort 1.4 ports and a USB Type-C port with 65W power delivery. The Predator ErgoStand allows for tilt, swivel and height adjustment, and BlueLightShield Pro is included for extended gaming sessions.

Stepping into ultrawide territory is the Predator X34 X5, a 34-inch UWQHD OLED with a 1800R curvature, 240Hz refresh rate and the same 0.03ms response time. Colour accuracy tightens up here with Delta E below 1 and the same 99% DCI-P3 coverage, alongside VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400. It supports both AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, and connectivity covers two HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort and a USB Type-C port with 90W power delivery.

Rounding out the launch is the Nitro KG3 series, available in 23.8-inch and 27-inch variants. Both run WQHD IPS panels at 144Hz with 1ms VRB response time and AMD FreeSync, wrapped in a 7.2mm ultra-slim ZeroFrame chassis that works well in multi-monitor setups. HDR10 support and a contrast ratio of up to 100,000,000:1 are on the spec sheet, alongside Acer VisionCare eye strain reduction technology, a tilt-adjustable stand and 75mm VESA compatibility. Each monitor also packs dual 1W built-in speakers and HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 connectivity.

The Predator X27U F5 and X34 X5 come with a three-year on-site warranty that includes OLED burn-in protection. The Nitro KG3 series carries a three-year Pickup and Return warranty.

All three models are available now at authorised Acer resellers and the Acer eStore, with the exception of the 27-inch Nitro KG273U P1, which is currently open for pre-order until 20 April 2026.

For purchases made before 14 April 2026, the Predator X27U F5 is going for RM2,599 with a complimentary gaming mouse, down from its RM2,899 retail price. The Predator X34 X5 drops from RM3,499 to RM3,099 and comes with a complimentary Predator backpack. The Nitro KG243YU P1 retails at RM479 and the KG273U P1 at RM549, with a complimentary Acer wireless mouse thrown in with either purchase.
