Apple Introduces Creator Studio Subscription with Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro at RM29.90/month

Apple has introduced Apple Creator Studio, a new subscription bundle that brings together many of its creative apps under a single plan. In many ways, it feels like Apple’s answer to subscription-based creative suites such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
Priced at RM29.90 a month, the plan includes familiar names like Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and Pixelmator Pro, while also extending premium features to Apple’s productivity apps. The plan essentially lowers the barrier to entry for creators who want flexibility across devices without committing to multiple large one-time purchases upfront.
Final Cut Pro on Mac and iPad receives new intelligent editing features designed to streamline complex workflows, particularly for creators working on tighter schedules or larger projects. Pixelmator Pro, meanwhile, makes its debut on the iPad with a touch-first interface that takes advantage of Apple Pencil, making it a more natural fit for illustration, photo editing, and compositing on the go.
On the music side, Logic Pro gains new tools such as Synth Player and Chord ID, aimed at helping users move more fluidly from ideas to finished tracks, whether they are sketching out melodies or working on full productions.
Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and eventually Freeform receive new premium content and intelligent features, giving users more flexibility when creating presentations, documents, spreadsheets, or collaborative visual boards across Apple devices.
Apple Creator Studio will be available on the App Store starting January 29, priced at RM29.90 per month or RM299 per year, with a one-month free trial for new subscribers.
For students and educators, Apple is offering a significantly discounted education plan at RM9.90 per month or RM99 per year. Users who prefer to own their software outright can still purchase the Mac versions of Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Motion, Compressor, and MainStage individually through the Mac App Store, with prices ranging from RM129.90 to RM1,299.90 depending on the app.
New subscribers will receive a one-month free trial, while customers who purchase a new Mac or qualifying iPad can enjoy three months of Apple Creator Studio at no additional cost.
