Instax Mini LiPlay+ Launches in Malaysia with Selfie Camera and Sound Prints for RM938

Fujifilm has introduced the Instax Mini LiPlay+ in Malaysia, a new hybrid instant camera that doubles as a portable printer bringing several firsts to the Instax lineup , including a dedicated selfie camera.

One of its standout features is the new Layered Photo mode, which lets users overlay a selfie onto a background captured with the main camera. It’s a fun way to blend portraits with scenery or create simple composites straight from the device.

The LiPlay+ is also adding audio into the instax lineup. With Instax Sound Album, users can select up to 10 sound-embedded images and compile them into a 30-second slideshow with background music. The finished clip is converted into a QR code that prints alongside the chosen cover image for easy sharing.

Instax Sound Print works similarly, allowing users to attach voice messages to photos captured on your smartphone. You can choose from 10 preset tracks across five themes or use your own recordings as custom background audio.

The LiPlay+ offers two new printing modes: Instax-Natural Mode for softer, gentler tones, and Instax-Rich Mode for more vivid, punchy colours. As with previous models, it also functions as a smartphone printer via the Instax app.

The Instax Mini LiPlay+ is available in Sand Beige and Midnight Blue, priced at RM938 and includes a pack of plain film.
