Vivo X300 Series Launches in Malaysia With ZEISS Cameras – Starts at RM3,599

Vivo has launched its latest flagship vivo X300 series in Malaysia, pairing the newest chipsets with a refined OS for smooth performance and a responsive user experience.
The vivo X300 features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 4,500 nits peak brightness. It’s powered by the Dimensity 9500 with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. On software, it runs OriginOS 6 (global) with features like Flip Cards, One Tap Share, and vivo OfficeKit.
The vivo X300 Pro steps up with a ZEISS camera system comprising a 200MP ZEISS APO telephoto, a 50MP main camera with gimbal stabilization, a 50MP ZEISS ultra-wide, and a 50MP front camera. The Pro Imaging VS1 chip supports 4K Stage All-in-One, Dolby Vision 4K at 120fps, and 4K 10-bit Log video. You also get long-range motion capture up to 20x and a telephoto mode for clearer subjects.
Powering the X300 Pro is a BlueVolt 6,510mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Other highlights include a ZEISS Master Color display, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint reader, AI SuperLink, and a 3D unibody glass design using Coral Velvet Glass. It’s rated IP68/IP69 for dust and water resistance.
Meanwhile, the standard vivo X300 (non-Pro) uses a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED 120Hz panel with the same 4,500-nit peak. It’s powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500 paired with 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. Its cameras include a 200MP main, 50MP APO telephoto, 50MP ultra-wide, and a 50MP wide-angle selfie camera.
The X300 also supports 4K Stage All-in-One, Pro 4K video at 120fps, plus features like Adaptive Zoom Flash, AI One-Shot Multi-Crop, and an upgraded portrait mode. It carries a BlueVolt 6,040mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, and adds ZEISS Master Color, improved cooling, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint reader, and AI SuperLink.
