Sony Xperia 10 VII Now in Malaysia—120Hz OLED, Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 For RM2,199

Sony has officially launched the Xperia 10 VII in Malaysia, bringing a refreshed design and upgraded hardware. The new mid-range Xperia retains its dedicated shutter button, a hallmark feature across Sony’s smartphone lineup, and is priced at RM2,199 via Sony’s official online store.

The Xperia 10 VII features a 6.1-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a new cinematic 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, for enhanced durability.

Powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Users can further expand storage up to 2TB via microSD. Keeping the phone running is a 5,000mAh battery with adaptive charging to help reduce long-term battery wear.

On the imaging front, the Xperia 10 VII is equipped with a 50MP main sensor and a 13MP ultra-wide sensor. Together, the dual-camera system supports 16mm, 24mm, and 48mm focal lengths, offering flexibility across different shooting scenarios.

Other key features include IP68 dust and water resistance, stereo speakers, as well as four years of Android OS updates and six years of security updates.

The Sony Xperia 10 VII is now available for RM2,199 in three colors: White, Turquoise, and Charcoal Black.
