CelcomDigi Launches All-New Unified App, Replacing Celcom Life and MyDigi

CelcomDigi, Malaysia’s leading telecommunications company, has officially launched a new all-in-one mobile app to replace its existing Celcom Life and MyDigi apps. Simply called the CelcomDigi app, the new app is now available for download and offers a seamless experience for both Celcom and Digi customers under one roof.

Through the app, users can register new numbers, pay monthly bills, purchase new smartphones, and even subscribe to their favorite streaming services, all from a single interface. According to Albern Murthy, Acting CEO of CelcomDigi, the app was developed in-house following the merger of Celcom and Digi. Built with input from over 10 million customers (a number that has since grown to 20 million users) and tested by 100,000 beta users, the new app represents months of user-driven development and design refinement.

To celebrate the launch, CelcomDigi is offering exclusive promotions for users who download the new app — including 100GB of data for just RM1 (valid for one day), discounts on Disney+ Hotstar and Viu subscriptions, and 12 months of free roaming services.

The CelcomDigi app is now available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, with a Huawei AppGallery version currently in development and slated for release soon.

CelcomDigi also confirmed that the Celcom Life and MyDigi apps will be officially discontinued by 31 December 2025, marking a complete transition to the unified CelcomDigi experience.
