Acer Nitro V 16S Gaming Laptop Now Available in Malaysia from RM4999

Acer has officially launched the Nitro V 16S in Malaysia, an ultra-slim gaming laptop that promises powerful performance in a chassis just 14mm thin. Available in four variants, the Nitro V 16S is designed to give gamers flexibility in balancing price and performance.

The Nitro V 16S can be configured with either Intel Core 7 or Core 5 processors paired with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics, or AMD Ryzen 7 and Ryzen 5 processors matched with RTX 5050 graphics. With up to 115W Max Graphics Power, Acer says the laptop is built to deliver dependable gaming performance while remaining portable enough to take anywhere.

Its 16-inch display comes in two resolution options: WUXGA (1920 x 1200) or WQXGA (2560 x 1600). Both panels feature a 16:10 aspect ratio, a fast 180Hz refresh rate, 100% sRGB coverage and a 3ms response time, making them equally suited for gaming and everyday use.

Despite its slim profile, the Nitro V 16S incorporates a dual-fan cooling system with quad intakes and exhausts to maximise airflow. Gamers also get a customisable 4-zone RGB keyboard to personalise their setups. Connectivity is equally versatile, offering Killer Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 6E depending on the model, Killer Ethernet E2600, and Bluetooth 5.2 or 5.3 support.

The laptop is also well-equipped in terms of ports, including one USB-C with USB4 support, three USB-A ports, HDMI 2.1, a microSD card reader, a 3.5mm audio jack, RJ-45 Ethernet and a DC power jack.

For audio, the Nitro V 16S supports DTS:X Ultra and Acer PurifiedVoice that enhances clarity during calls and gaming chats. A 720p HD webcam with noise reduction is also on board for video conferencing and streaming.

The Acer Nitro V 16S is now available in Malaysia from RM4,999 through the Acer eStore, Shopee, Lazada and authorised resellers nationwide. As part of an early bird promotion, customers who purchase the laptop before 13 October 2025 will receive a Logitech G304 Lightspeed wireless mouse worth RM129.
