HoYoverse has unveiled Petit Planet, a brand-new life simulation game that reimagines the cosmos as a place to build, explore, and connect. Carrying the tagline “Weave Your Dreams Beneath the Stars,” the title focuses on nurturing your own world, forming bonds with fuzzy Neighbors, and shaping a galaxy full of wonder. Closed Beta sign-ups are now open at the game’s official website.

In Petit Planet, players begin with a single world that gradually evolves into a flourishing planet. As bonds with Neighbors deepen and connections between other planets are formed, each unique world is shaped by Luca, the essence of vitality that fuels landscapes and ecosystems.

The game blends cozy, day-to-day activities with creative customization. Players can plant crops, go fishing, mine for resources, cook, and craft, while also decorating their homes and designing outdoor spaces. With Luca’s influence, even the skies, beaches, and grasslands can be transformed, allowing every player’s world to feel distinct.

Neighbors are at the heart of the experience, bringing individual personalities, dreams, and stories to each planet. Friendships grow through conversations, gift-giving, and shared activities, creating a sense of community that expands as the planet prospers. Players can also team up with companions to embark on Starsea Voyages, uncovering new islets, rare creatures, and hidden recipes across the galaxy. The Galactic Bazaar acts as a lively social hub, where Neighbors and travelers gather for festivals, coffee, and shared adventures.

With its colorful 3D art style, Petit Planet marks HoYoverse’s first entry into the life sim genre. The game is confirmed for PC and mobile, with other platforms currently in development, and it will explore multiplayer and social gameplay on top of its core life-sim mechanics.
