Google has officially unveiled the Pixel 9a, offering a premium Pixel experience at a more affordable price. It features a 6.3-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2,700-nit brightness, powered by the Tensor G4 chip.

For photography, the Pixel 9a comes with a 48MP main camera and a 13MP ultra-wide lens, along with Macro Focus mode, making its debut in the Pixel A-series. As expected from a Pixel device, it also integrates Google’s AI-powered Gemini features, enhancing photo editing, image processing, and overall performance.
The phone is equipped with a 5,100mAh battery that supports 23W wired charging. One of its biggest selling points is Google’s 7-year commitment to OS and security updates, making it a great long-term investment for Pixel fans.

The Pixel 9a will be available in Malaysia this April, starting at RM2,699. Google is also expected to bundle 3 months of Google One and Fitbit Premium with the device. More details will be revealed closer to its official launch.
