Apple Launches ‘Apple Invites’ to Make Event Planning Easier
February 5, 2025 AF

Apple today has introduced Apple Invites, a new app for iPhone that makes it easy to create and share event invitations. Using Apple Invites, users can send invites, track RSVPs, add event photos to a Shared Album, and even create a playlist with Apple Music. Starting today, the app is available on the App Store. To create invitations, user need iCloud+ subscriptions, while anyone — even non-Apple users can RSVP.

Users can choose an image from their photo library or a collection of event themes to personalize their invitations. Built-in Maps and Weather features provide guests with directions and event-day forecasts. Guests can also add photos and videos to a Shared Album to capture memories together, and Apple Music users can create collaborative playlists for the event.

Apple Intelligence makes invitations even more fun, allowing users to generate custom images and use Writing Tools to refine event details. Hosts can manage RSVPs, customize event info, and share invitation links, while guests can join an event from the app or web—no Apple ID or iCloud+ needed. They also control how their details appear to others and can leave or report an event anytime.

With Apple Invites, Apple is making event planning easier and more social, bringing everything together in one simple, seamless experience. For those using iPhone with iOS 18.3, you can download Apple Invites today from App Store.
