Pre-orders of the Oppo Reno 13 series are currently ongoing in Malaysia, and we can now reveal some design elements of the three phones in the lineup and their IP69 rating. Thanks to the water resistance rating, the Reno 13, Reno 13 Pro, and Reno 13F can do underwater photography without a case – Oppo says this is a first in the class.

Besides that, there’s also a rather unique Blue colour option for the Reno 13 and Reno 13F. This particular colour has a glowing effect around the camera module, which does look quite interesting. As for the Purple and White colourways, these two variants have a “Butterfly Shadow Effect” on the back panel, as Oppo puts it.

Oppo Malaysia previously revealed that the Reno 13 series is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, though it remains to be seen if all three phones will feature this particular chip for the Malaysian market. Besides that, Oppo also teased some AI-centric features of the Reno 13 series, such as AI Livephoto and AI Editor.

The Oppo Reno 13, Reno 13 Pro, and Reno 13F are now available for pre-order in Malaysia until 10 January 2025 with up to RM2,266 worth of freebies offered. Naturally, the Reno 13 Pro gets the best freebies, which include a RM200 rebate and the Oppo Enco Air 4 wireless earbuds with a RM50 deposit. As for the Reno 13 and Reno 13F, every pre-order of either phones (with a RM20 deposit) get a RM100 or RM200 rebate respectively, along with the Oppo Enco Buds 2 wireless earbuds.
