2025 Honda Civic Facelift Open for Booking in Malaysia – Launch in January 2025
December 12, 2024 Andrew Cheng

The 2025 Honda Civic facelift is finally here, and it brings some exterior changes. Not only does the C-segment sedan get a new front face, the e:HEV RS model even comes with updated 18-inch allow wheels in Matte Grey, which look rather striking.

At this point in time, Honda Malaysia only provided images of the facelifted Civic in the range-topping e:HEV RS trim, and we can see just how different the front-end looks now. The grille is now sporting a honeycomb design, and the front grille extension and lower grille garnishes are finished in body colour.

Under the hood, the e:HEV RS Civic soldiers on with the 2.0L e:HEV powertrain that has a maximum power output of 184PS and 315Nm of torque. The petrol RS, on the other hand, is powered by a 1.5L VTEC turbocharged engine that delivers 182PS and 240Nm of torque. Chances are, this engine will also be used by other petrol variants of the sedan.

“The Civic is a symbol of Honda’s commitment to innovation and driving pleasure. With the introduction of this new model, we aim to further strengthen our presence in the market by delivering a vehicle that combines advanced features, dynamic performance, and sleek design, delivering a complete package of holistic experience that transforms the way we drive today,” said the MD and CEO of Honda Malaysia, Hironobu Yoshimura.

If you’re interested to place a booking for the new Honda Civic facelift, you can do so online here. Alternatively, bookings can be done through the HondaTouch app as well – you can download it from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
