Acer just launched a new ARM-powered laptop in Malaysia. The Acer Swift Go 14 AI is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus processor, and one of the advantages of the ARM-based chip is power efficiency; the Swift Go 14 AI is said to offer up to 28 hours of battery life on a single charge.

For the Malaysian market, the Swift Go 14 AI is offered in only one variant, which is priced at RM3,999. For that kind of money, the laptop features the aforementioned Snapdragon X Plus chip capable of 45 TOPS for AI tasks. These include automatic eye contact correction in online meetings, background noise reduction, as well as Acer PurifiedView 2.0 and PurifiedVoice 2.0 for improved conference call quality.

Rounding out the specifications of the Swift Go 14 AI are a 14.5-inch 1920 x 1200 IPS display with 120Hz refresh rate and 16:10 aspect ratio, 16GB RAM, as well as a generous 1TB SSD. It’s worth noting that Microsoft Office Home & Student and one year of Microsoft Office 365 subscription are also bundled with the laptop.

The Acer Swift Go 14 AI is now available in Malaysia for RM3,999 through Acer’s own online store, Shopee, Lazada, and authorised Acer resellers nationwide.
