Here’s another special number plate that may pique your interest. The Road Transport Department (JPJ) just opened the MADANI series for bidding, and you’ve got until 23 October to bid for your favourite number.
In order to place your bid for a MADANI plate, you will need to register for an account with JPJeBid on the website. Alternatively, you can also register through the mobile app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

The pricing structure for the MADANI plate series is slightly different compared to previous bids. If you want a “regular number” without any special significance, for example, the minimum bid amount is RM100 instead of RM300; the latter is the standard price for a plate number. Do note that if your bid for a number plate is successful, it has to be registered to a vehicle within 12 months.
Proceeds from the MADANI number plate series will be used to fund for various government initiatives, including the MyLESEN and Helmet Exchange programmes, FlySISWA, SOCSO payments to taxi drivers, and so on. Bidding for the MADANI series is now open until 23 October at 10PM, and the results will be released the following day on 24 October. Good luck!
