If you’re having trouble logging into your CIMB account, you’re not alone. Both the CIMB OCTO app and CIMB Clicks website are not accessible to users at the moment. At the time of writing, CIMB has not posted any details on the issue either.
That being said, CIMB did respond to enquiries by customers who are having trouble accessing the bank’s services. “We are currently working on rectifying it and will bring back the service to you as soon as possible,” CIMB replied to a user on X.
Now that CIMB is aware of the issue, it’s only a matter of time before the outage is (Hopefully) resolved. Rest assured, we will keep a close eye on the issue.
