Sony Malaysia just launched the Sony ZV-E10 II in Malaysia. Marketed as a vlog camera, it is an APS-C mirrorless camera with a new 26MP sensor and interchangeable lens. It is essentially made for folks who want to move away from a smartphone for the ZV-E10 II’s higher quality video recording.
For the Malaysian market, the ZV-E10 II starts at RM4,999 for the body. Alternatively, there’s a RM5,199 package that bundles the body with a 16-50mm Power Zoom lens. Offered in Black or White, early birds can even get the camera with a 64GB SD card and an extra NP-FZ100 battery.
Speaking of which, the NP-FZ100 battery of the ZV-E10 II is quite a bit bigger than its predecessor’s. According to Sony, it can do up to 130 minutes of video recording. The camera’s new 26MP APS-C sensor can also shoot 4K videos at up to 30fps with no crop, though you can do 60fps at a slight crop of 1.1x.
If you want to try out the RM4,999 Sony ZV-E10 II for yourself, you can do so over at Sony Expo 2024 in Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur. Happening right now until 4 August, you can even get discounts at the roadshow with some lucky draw prizes, which include TNG cash vouchers, Sony products, and merchandise.
