The Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo is now available in Malaysia. It’s a pair of wireless earbuds with a rather intriguing open-ear design, and it’s said to be designed for all-day wearing with emphasis on comfort.

For the Malaysian market, the OpenWear Stereo is priced at RM599, though early birds can get it with a RM100 discount until 22 July, lowering the price to RM499. Those who purchase the earbuds from Xiaomi Malaysia’s online store can also get a Xiaomi Sound Pocket portable speaker for only RM5.

According to Xiaomi, the ergonomic design of the OpenWear Stereo allows for comfortable fit with different ear types; the liquid silicone build also ensures comfort in longer listening sessions. Other specifications of the earbuds include a 17x12mm dynamic driver, a 10mm sound leakage reduction driver, and up to 7.5 hours of battery life on a single charge; 38.5 hours when paired with the charging case.

To recap, the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo can now be purchased in Malaysia for RM599. If you want to get it with a RM100 discount – lowering the price to RM499 – you just have to purchase it by 22 July. Two colour options are available: Cosmic Grey and Sandstone Beige.
