Apple recently revealed the 2024 winners for its annual Apple Design Awards. 14 different apps and games from development teams around the world were chosen as this year’s winners, including Lies of P, Crayola Adventures, and oko.
The winners of the 2024 Apple Design Awards are chosen from seven different categories: delight and fun; inclusivity; innovation; interaction; social impact; visuals and graphics; and spatial computing, a new category. One game and app are selected for each category, making up 14 different winners.
For Lies of P, the game from South Korean developer NEOWIZ won the visuals and graphics category. It’s quite impressive, given that the finalists for the category are big profile games like Death Stranding Director’s Cut and Honkai: Star Rail. The full list of winners can be found on Apple Newsroom.
“It’s inspiring to see how developers are using our technology to create exceptional apps and games that enhance the lives of users,” said Apple’s Vice President of Worldwide Developer Relations, Susan Prescott. “This year’s winners have demonstrated how apps can create powerful and moving experiences – and we’re excited to celebrate their hard work and ingenuity at WWDC this year,” she added.
