A new variant of the Honor X9b has just been introduced in Malaysia. Previously offered in the sole 256GB configuration, the mid-range phone is now available with 512GB of storage as well for slightly more money.

The new 512GB variant of the Honor X9b is priced at RM1,699, which is RM200 more than the 256GB model. Speaking of which, the 256GB model is currently discounted to RM1,399 on Honor Malaysia’s online store for a limited time; freebies worth up to RM858 are also bundled with the phone.

Hardware wise, the Honor X9b features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, a 6.78-inch 2652 x 1200 AMOLED “anti-drop” display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a triple camera system (108MP primary + 5MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro), and a 16MP selfie camera. On top of that, its aforementioned 5,800mAh battery with 35W fast charging is said to offer up to three days of use on a single charge too.

Both the 512GB and 256GB variants of the Honor X9b are now available for purchase in Malaysia for RM1,699 and RM1,399 respectively; the latter is a limited time promotion.
