Samsung just unveiled its latest duo of mid-range smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy A55 and Samsung Galaxy A35. Both phones look to retain the Galaxy A’s design language, though there are some notable upgrades here, including Knox Vault to protect against software and hardware attacks, as well as improved camera performance.
Out of the two phones, the Galaxy A55 is naturally the higher-end offering. These include a Samsung Exynos 1480 chipset, a 6.6-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a triple camera system (50MP main + 12MP ultra-wide + 5MP macro), a 32MP selfie camera, and a 5,000mAh battery.
As for the more affordable Galaxy A35, it features the same display as the A55, though it has a different Exynos 1380 chip; the same one used in last year’s Galaxy A54. It also has a triple camera setup (50MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 5MP macro), a 13MP selfie camera, as well as a 5,000mAh battery.
Malaysian availability and pricing of the Samsung Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 have not been revealed yet, but we reckon Samsung Malaysia will release these details in the near future. Rest assured, we will keep a close eye for any relevant local details on the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35.
