Genshin Impact 4.3 is arriving this coming Wednesday on 20 December, so as usual, we got some character teasers from Hoyoverse itself. This time around, the developer is teasing two new characters again, but this time from Liyue: Xianyun and…Gaming, which is a rather intriguing name.

Chances are, both of them will be playable in the next Version 4.4 update for Genshin Impact. After all, every character teased by Hoyoverse are usually playable in the next version update of the game, so there’s no reason the same wouldn’t apply to Xianyun and Gaming.

Unfortunately, the rarity of the two characters were not revealed, though we reckon Xianyun is a 5-star character, given her importance in Genshin Impact’s lore. After all, she looks to be the human form of none other than Cloud Retainer. Xianyun also carries an Anemo Vision, while Gaming is a Pyro character.

Given that it is likely Xianyun and Gaming will be added in Genshin Impact 4.4, there’s a chance the two characters will make an in-game appearance in the main storyline of the upcoming update. We’ll just have to wait until Hoyoverse is ready to share more details on the game’s Version 4.4 update.
