Apple’s 2nd generation AirPods Pro with a USB-C charging case is now available for purchase in Malaysia! The updated wireless earbuds don’t just feature a port change; the earbuds themselves are also more durable now with an IP54 rating, an upgrade from the previous Lightning model’s IPX4 rating.

For the Malaysian market, the new AirPods Pro retains the same RM1,099 price tag in Malaysia. Beyond the updated port and better durability, other specifications of the wireless earbuds remain the same, including the H2 chip for “up to double the noise-cancelling power” of the original AirPods Pro, along with a total of up to six hours of use with ANC activated.

It’s worth noting that with iOS 17, the AirPods Pro has a slew of new features. Adaptive Audio will adjust the noise control of the earbuds based on the environment, while Conversation Awareness, as its name suggests, will lower the volume and enhance voices in front of the user when said user starts speaking.

The 2nd generation AirPods Pro with a USB-C is now available for purchase in Malaysia for RM1,099 through Apple’s Malaysian online store. We reckon Apple Premium Resellers will also have the wireless earbuds in stock from today onwards.
