Games Haven has expanded to Malaysia! Originally from Singapore, the trading card game (TCG) store is the first to receive the WPN Premium status from Wizards of the Coast – the company behind Magic: The Gathering – in the country. Needless to say, it’s an established brand.

There are currently four Games Haven stores in Singapore, so this Malaysian outlet, located in SS3, Petaling Jaya, is its fifth store overall. We were told that Games Haven PJ shares the same inventory as its stores in Singapore, so you can order items from Games Haven’s website and have them delivered to the branch here.

At the moment, Games Haven PJ does not have an online store just yet, but it will be set up very soon. The outlet has quite a number of MTG products in stock too, ranging from older sets like Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, to the latest Wilds of Eldraine expansion that’s officially releasing tomorrow on 8 September.

Of course, Games Haven PJ sells MTG singles as well, and it has a respectable collection despite just opening its doors last week. Pricing wise, it takes Card Kingdom’s price database as a basis, multiplying listed prices on the site (which are in USD) by four.

If you’re keen to give Games Haven PJ a visit, you can do so over at 20a, Jalan SS 3/31, Taman Universiti, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Its operating hours are from 3PM to 12AM from Monday to Saturday – though it is closed every Tuesday for the SS3 night market – and from 10AM to 6PM on Sunday.
