Toshiba just unveiled two new TVs for the Malaysian market. These include the Toshiba Z870M 4K mini-LED TV, as well as the Toshiba Z670M 4K TV with quantum dot technology. Both of these TVs feature a 144Hz refresh rate complete with variable refresh rate (VRR) support, not to mention pretty darn good value, especially during the pre-order period.

Both the Z870M and Z670M are expected to hit store shelves sometime in October 2023, and they are now available for pre-order – at promotional prices, to boot – in Malaysia until 30 September. The higher-end Z870M, for example, is going for RM6,099 (from RM7,699) and RM7,499 (originally RM9,399) for the 55-inch and 65-inch models respectively.

To sweeten the deal, Toshiba is even throwing in an Asus ROG Ally with every pre-order of the 65-inch Z870M. The 55-inch model, on the other hand, is bundled with a Logitech Z906 5.1 surround sound system.

As for the Z670M, it’s priced at RM3,999 (from RM4,999) and RM4,999 (originally RM6,299) for the 55-inch and 65-inch models respectively. A Bose TV speaker system is bundled with every pre-order of either sizes too; not bad for a 144Hz quantum dot TV with VRR.

If you want something even more affordable, there’s the Toshiba M550M. Set to arrive in Malaysia sometime in October next month, it is offered in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes. The M550M is touted as an entry-level 4K quantum dot TV that runs on Google TV, and it is expected to be even more affordable than the Z670M.

To recap, the Toshiba Z870M and Toshiba Z670M are now available for pre-order in Malaysia from RM6,099 and RM3,999 respectively until 30 September. Deliveries are expected to start sometime in October next month.
