Last week, we spotted the Realme 11 and Realme 11x in SIRIM’s database. Today, we got confirmation from Realme itself that the Realme 11 will be launched in Malaysia next week on 30 August. Curiously, there’s no mention of the Realme 11x for the local launch.

This is despite the fact that the Realme 11x is already registered with SIRIM alongside the Realme 11. Of course, it’s entirely possible Realme is keeping the former as a surprise for the local launch event, and it’s worth noting that the two phones will be launched in India this Wednesday on 23 August.

Chances are, Malaysia will mirror the specifications of the Realme 11 and Realme 11x for the Indian market, though only certain specifications have been detailed so far. The Realme 11 is said to feature a 108MP primary camera with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging, while no specific details regarding the Realme 11x have been revealed.

Nonetheless, we’ll find out more about the Realme 11 and Realme 11x once they are launched in India on 23 August later this week. As for the Malaysian launch of the Realme 11, it’s set to take place next week on 30 August.
