Signify, formerly Philips Lighting, just launched a range of products under the Philips Ultra Efficient LED series here in Malaysia. As its name suggests, these lighting products promise lower power consumption and longer lifespan.

Three different LED lighting products are sold under the Philips Ultra Efficient LED range: bulbs, tubes, and downlights. These LED lights are said to consume 60% less energy while also offering up to 50,000 hours of use, which is said to be 3.5x the lifespan of standard LED lightings.

Also launched alongside these LED lightings are a number of other products, including the Philips Solar Lighting and WiZ Smart Lighting series. The former doesn’t require any electricity to operate (of course), while the WiZ lights can be controlled through WiFi.

According to Signify, all of the products launched today are now available in Malaysia from Philips authorised retailers. Alternatively, they can also be purchased online through Shopee and Lazada.
