Aside from the eco-friendly Aspire Vero 14, Acer Malaysia also launched a number of commercial laptops under the TravelMate series on our shores. These include the TravelMate P2, TravelMate P4, and the range-topping TravelMate P6.

Out of the three lineups, the TravelMate P2 is the most affordable one with a RM3,249 starting price. It features Intel’s 13th gen Core i3 to Core i7 processors, 8GB of RAM, either 256GB or 512GB of storage, and a 14-inch or 16-inch 1920 x 1200 IPS display.

Next, we have the TravelMate P4, which is actually offered in two form factors: a traditional clamshell design and a convertible. Retailing from RM4,559, the base TravelMate P4 comes with a Core i5-1335U processor paired with 8GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, as well as a 14-inch 1920 x 1200 IPS display.

As for the TravelMate Spin P4 convertible laptop, it has a faster Core i7-1355U chip with 16GB RAM, 512GB of SSD storage, and a 14-inch 1920 x 1200 IPS touch-enabled display. All of these for a cool RM5,699.

Finally, there’s the highest-end TravelMate P6. There are two variants of this laptop, which is separated by just the display. The more affordable option is the 14-inch 1920 x 1200 IPS panel for RM6,799, while the 14-inch 2880 x 1800 OLED display costs just RM100 more at RM6,899.

Other specifications of the TravelMate P6 include an Intel Core i7-1355U processor paired with 16GB of RAM, a generous 1TB SSD storage, and Windows 11 Pro out of the box, just like the rest of the TravelMate laptops.

The 2023 Acer TravelMate laptops are now available for purchase in Malaysia from RM3,249. Although these are commercial laptops that are catered to businesses, regular consumers can still purchase them, of course.
