Infinix Note 30 & Note 30 Pro Launched in Malaysia – Up to 68W Charging From RM699
May 24, 2023 Andrew Cheng

Infinix just launched its latest range of budget-friendly smartphones in Malaysia. The new Infinix Note 30 series is made up of three devices: Note 30, Note 30 5G, and the range-topping Note 30 Pro. However, for the Malaysian market, only the Note 30 and Note 30 Pro are available here.

First, prices. The Note 30 retails at only RM699 in Malaysia, while the Note 30 Pro goes for RM899. Both devices feature 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage, and early birds who purchase either phones on Shopee tonight at 12AM – based on what we gathered – can get the phones for RM649 and RM829 respectively.

As its name suggests, the Note 30 Pro is the highest-end device in the series. It comes with a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, a 6.67-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a triple camera system (108MP primary + 2MP + 2MP), a 32MP selfie camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 68W wired charging; it can also do 15W wireless charging.

The more affordable Note 30, on the other hand, also features the same Helio G99 chipset, though it has a less sophisticated triple camera system headlined by a 64MP main sensor. It also has a 6.78-inch 1080p LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 16MP selfie camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired charging.

The Infinix Note 30 and Note 30 Pro will be available for pre-order in Malaysia from tomorrow on 25 May. To recap, the Note 30 and Note 30 Pro are priced at RM699 and RM899 respectively on our shores, and it’s worth nothing (again) that early birds can get the two phones at a discount on Shopee tonight.
