PDRM Giving 60% Discount on Summons Until 31 March 2023 Nationwide
March 20, 2023 Andrew Cheng

If you’ve got any outstanding summonses from PDRM, now is a good time to clear them. In conjunction with Hari Polis Ke-216, the police is giving a generous 60% discount on summonses, though some terms and conditions apply.

As usual, the 60% discount is not applicable to a number of offences. These include summonses involving accidents, court cases, traffic lights, emergency lane, double line overtaking, dangerous overtaking, and of course, non-compoundable summonses. Op Selamat summonses are not eligible for the discount either.

If your particular summons doesn’t fall into any of these category, then good news, you should be able to get a 60% discount on it. In order to enjoy the rebate, you can pay for the summons online through the MyBayar portal. MyBayar is also available as an app on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery.

Alternatively, you can settle your summons the old-fashioned way at traffic summons counters at contingent and district police headquarters nationwide. The 60% discount on PDRM summonses is valid until 31 March 2023 next week.
