Samsung just launched the affordable Samsung Galaxy A14 in Malaysia. Despite its budget-friendly nature, it actually offers reasonably good hardware, including a Full HD+ display and a triple camera system that is…actually practical.

Only one variant of the Galaxy A14 is sold in Malaysia. Packed with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage, the phone is priced at RM799 locally. Three colour options are offered: Dark Red, Silver, and Black. Unfortunately, the Light Green colour isn’t available on our shores.

Hardware wise, the Galaxy A14 is powered by an Exynos 850 chipset for our market. It also features a 6.6-inch 2408 x 1080 PLS LCD display, a triple camera system (50MP primary + 5MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro), a 13MP selfie camera, a generous 5,000mAh battery, and One UI 5.1 based on Android 13 out of the box.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 will be available for purchase in Malaysia from 15 March onwards this Wednesday. Priced at RM799, it can be bought online through Samsung Malaysia’s online store or Samsung authorised retailers nationwide.
