Genshin Impact 3.3 Coming 7 December With Wanderer, Faruzan, New Card Game

The next Genshin Impact update is quite jam-packed with content. Not only are we getting two new playable characters – the 5-star Wanderer and 4-star Faruzan, as teased by Hoyoverse last month – a card game (Genius Invokation TCG) will also be added to the Version 3.3 update.

Of course, there’s a new story quest in Genshin Impact 3.3 too that will explain Scaramouche’s transformation to become the Wanderer. He will “walk down a different path under Nahida’s custody,” as Hoyoverse puts it, and players will go to Irminsul with him in the Inversion of Genesis Archon Interlude quest.

And then there’s the new Genius Invokation card game that combines Genshin Impact’s element-based combat system with strategy development. Players can compete with both NPCs and other players with their collection of cards that can be expanded by defeating said NPCs. Dynamic Skins can be redeemed from the Card Shop too.

Aside from that, Arataki Itto will be featured in the Akitsu Kimodameshi event in Genshin Impact 3.3 as well; it will see players completing “brick-breaker” mini-games with him. Several characters will have rerun banners too, including Itto, Kamisato Ayato, and the Raiden Shogun herself.

Genshin Impact Version 3.3 will arrive next week on 7 December. The Wanderer, Faruzan, and Itto’s event wishes will go live then, followed by the Raiden Shogun’s and Ayato’s rerun banners in the second phase.
