Hearthstone just unveiled the next expansion for the popular digital card game. Set to land on 6 December, March of the Lich King will add 145 new cards and a new class: Death Knight.

Of course, the debut hero for the new Death Knight class – there’s a whopping 11 different classes in Hearthstone now – is none other than Arthas himself as the Lich King. The class gets 68 new cards (not including the cards from the new expansion), and 32 of them are free Core cards.

As with every new Hearthstone expansion, March of the Lich King will introduce a new keyword: Manathirst. Once you’ve acquired a set amount of mana crystals, certain cards will have additional effects. Besides that, the Reborn keyword – the first time a minion dies, it will be resummoned with one health – is making a return as well.

Hearthstone’s March of the Lich King expansion will go live on 6 December. Just like previous expansions, the new cards will be shown here as they are revealed over the next few weeks. You can also pre-purchase the new expansion, and every player will get The Sunwell Legendary spell as a login reward now.
