Genshin Impact Teases The Wanderer & Faruzan – Likely Playable in Version 3.3
October 31, 2022 Andrew Cheng

Just a couple of days before the Version 3.2 update goes live, Hoyoverse is teasing two new characters coming to Genshin Impact, and one of them is very, very interesting. The two characters are The Wanderer and Faruzan, and if the former looks familiar, you wouldn’t be wrong: it looks to be The Balladeer (Scaramouche) himself.

Typically, characters that are teased by Hoyoverse are playable in the next version update of Genshin Impact, so there’s no reason the same wouldn’t apply to The Wanderer and Faruzan. Unfortunately, the rarity of the new characters has not been revealed yet, though we reckon The Wanderer is a 5-star character, given his importance in the story.

After all, The Wanderer is (was?) a Fatui Harbinger.

Unfortunately, there’s no mention of the weapons that The Wanderer and Faruzan use, though Hoyoverse did show the elements that the characters wield. Both The Wanderer and Faruzan are Anemo characters, which is quite interesting for the former, given that he wields the Electro element as The Balladeer.

Nonetheless, expect The Wanderer and Faruzan to be playable characters in Genshin Impact 3.3, which is expected to be released on 7 December. This is only about five weeks away, and compared to previous updates, this is a shorter time period in between updates.
