The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II was unveiled early last month, and it looks like the wireless earbuds will be coming to Malaysia very soon. Touted to feature the “world’s best noise cancellation,” Bose’s new earbuds feature some notable upgrades over its predecessor.

Just today, the QuietComfort EarBuds II appeared in SIRIM’s database. Registered under Futureworld Malaysia with the model number 435911 – and a typo in the product name – the wireless earbuds can now be officially sold in Malaysia, given that it has been certified by SIRIM already.

As mentioned, the QuietComfort Earbuds II promises the world’s best noise cancellation, even when compared to headphones. This is achieved through the use of Bose’s CustomTune sound calibration technology and a Fit Kit (consisting of a two-piece system) for the best seal.

Other specifications of the QuietComfort Earbuds II include a smaller, more lightweight design than the previous model, up to six hours of battery life – the “pocketable” charging case provides three additional charges – and an IPX4 water resistance rating.

Now that the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II has been registered with SIRIM already, we reckon it’s only a matter of time before the wireless earbuds go on sale in Malaysia. Rest assured, we will keep a close eye on the local availability of the QuietComfort Earbuds II.
