More devices can now run Genshin Impact at 120fps! Unfortunately, not for PC or other platforms, but on the latest iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Apple devices with 120Hz ProMotion displays, basically.

In our hands-on of the iPhone 14 Pro earlier this week, we noted that Genshin Impact couldn’t be set to run at 120fps yet; the max setting was only at 60fps. It appears with the Version 3.1 update of the hugely popular game yesterday, the 120fps setting is enabled on the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max.

Aside from the two new iPhones, other Apple devices that can run Genshin Impact at 120fps include the iPhone 13 Pro and the iPad Pro models. As mentioned, only Apple devices with ProMotion displays can run the game at this frame rate. Not even the PC version has this frame rate enabled, how ever odd that is.

Nonetheless, if you’ve got an iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Pro Max, know that you can now run Genshin Impact at 120fps, which really enhances the gaming experience. You can download the game from the Apple App Store.
