Blizzard’s latest Mini-Set for Hearthstone, Maw and Disorder, will be released on 27 September. It’s a part of the current Murder at Castle Nathria expansion, and the Mini-Set introduces 35 new cards to the game. As per usual, it can be purchased with cash or in-game gold – there’s even an all-Golden set.
The Maw and Disorder Mini-Set bundles 66 cards, which are multiple copies of the 35 new cards. These are made up of 4 Legendary cards (x1), 1 Epic card (x2), 14 Rare cards (x2), and 16 Common cards (x2). How much does the Mini-Set cost? 2,000 in-game gold or 1,500 Runestones, which can be purchased for $14.99 (about RM70).
As for the all-Golden set, it will set you back $69.99 (approximately RM320).
The first Mini-Set (Darkmoon Races) was introduced back in January 2021 as part of the Madness at the Darkmoon Faire expansion. Generally, Mini-Sets offer great value, especially for free-to-play players. If you’ve got 2,000 gold lying around, it’s definitely worth getting the new Mini-Set.
Maw and Disorder will go live in Hearthstone next week on 27 September. With the addition of the 35 new cards, expect the meta to change accordingly. There may even be some card adjustments in the future, which usually happens after a new set is released.
