300 Samsung Employees Went Around Klang Valley to Get User Feedback
September 14, 2022 Andrew Cheng

Now this isn’t something you see every day. Just last week, over 300 Samsung Malaysia employees – including the field force and management team – went around the Klang Valley area to gather user feedback.

Some of the major malls that Samsung’s employees visited include KLCC, Pavilion KL, Mid Valley Megamall, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, and Sunway Pyramid. In total, they covered over 300 Samsung outlets at 230 different locations – that’s quite a lot of ground to cover in a single day.

“When Samsung first launched the highly celebrated Galaxy Z Series foldable smartphones, we opened up a whole new mobile category and experience engineered for a new era. In order to continue delivering the most personalised user experience, Samsung remains committed to putting customer needs and desires at the heart of every product,” said the president of Samsung Malaysia Electronics, Edward Han.

“In directly connecting with existing and future Samsung mobile phone users at our experience stores, we aim to #UnfoldYourWorld to a whole new era of foldable smartphones by sharing the full breadth and depth of the Galaxy ecosystem, in addition to gathering consumer feedback to help improve the way we do business,” he added.
