Aside from the Vivo V25, the Chinese company also unveiled the more affordable Vivo V25e in Malaysia. While it looks identical to the V25 – complete with the colour-changing back panel – the V25e uses a different chipset and camera configuration.

Just like the V25, only one variant of the V25e is available in Malaysia. Also packed with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage, the V25e retails at RM1,399; that’s RM400 less than the V25’s RM1,799 price tag.

As mentioned, the V25e is similar to the V25: it has the same design, a 6.44-inch 1080p 90Hz OLED display, and a 4500mAh battery. But instead of a Dimensity 900 chipset, the V25e is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. It also has a different triple camera system (64MP primary + 2MP depth + 2MP macro) and a 32MP selfie camera.

The Vivo V25e is now available for purchase in Malaysia. Priced at RM1,399, it is offered in two distinct colourways: Sunrise Gold and Diamond Black.
