At the local launch of the new Sony INZONE gaming headsets, Sony Malaysia revealed the local availability of the range-topping INZONE H9. Set to be available here in early August next month, the new gaming headset will join the INZONE H7 and INZONE H3, which are already available for purchase locally.
As the highest-end model in the INZONE series, the H9 is naturally the most costly headset at RM1,299, though you do get some nice features for that kind of money. These include active noise cancellation, 360 Spatial Sound (only for PC), up to 32 hours of battery life, and of course, a boom microphone that can be flipped up to mute. The H9 also supports the PS5’s Tempest 3D AudioTech.
As for the RM1,099 H7, it shares many of the H9’s features, with the exception of active noise cancellation; this explains the RM200 price difference. However, it’s worth noting that it offers up to 40 hours of battery life instead. That’s eight more hours over the H9.
Last but not least is the RM439 H3 wired headset. It is the most basic model, so it only supports 360 Spatial Sound and not the PS5’s Tempest 3D AudioTech. Of course, you still get a boom microphone.
If you want to get any of the new Sony INZONE gaming headsets, why not purchase it from Sony’s booth at the Game on Expo in Pavilion Bukit Jalil? Not only can you try them out in person there, you can also get up to RM100 Steam Wallet code. Do note that this promo is only valid this weekend, so you only have until tomorrow (3 July) to enjoy the deal.
