Hearthstone just unveiled the next expansion for the popular digital card game. Set to land on 3 August, Murder at Castle Nathria will add 135 new cards, and among them is a new card type: Location.
Location cards are played onto the battlefield for an initial cost, and it works similarly to weapons in the sense that they have a durability count. Once a Location card is played, players can activate its ability for free, though there is a one-turn cooldown in between uses.
Aside from that, Murder at Castle Nathria will also introduce a new Infuse keyword. When an Infuse card is in your hand, it will absorb “anima” from friendly minions as they die. Once a specified number of friendly minions have been destroyed, the Infuse card will transform into a more powerful version.
Hearthstone’s Murder at Castle Nathria expansion is set to land on 3 August. Just like previous expansions, the new cards will be shown here as they are revealed over the next few weeks. You can also pre-purchase the new expansion now, and every player will get a Prince Renathal Legendary minion once they open a Murder at Castle Nathria pack.
