Sony Malaysia just launched three TVs in its 2022 Sony Bravia XR lineup on our shores. These include the X90K LED TV, the higher-end A80K OLED TV, and the range-topping X95K mini-LED TV. Retailing from RM5,899 to an eye-watering RM28,999, these are premium offerings.

Naturally, the RM5,899 starting price is for the X90K LED TV. It’s offered in as many as four sizes: 55-inch (RM5,899), 65-inch (RM7,899), 75-inch (RM11,999), and 85-inch (RM19,999). A tier up is the A80K OLED TV for RM9,599 (55-inch), RM13,899 (65-inch), and RM24,999 (77-inch).

Last but not least is the X95, which is only offered in 85-inch for a cool RM28,999. Given that this is a mini-LED TV, this is a fair asking price.

Beyond the different panel technology, these Bravia XR TVs have a similar set of features. These include the Cognitive Processor XR, which promises a “lifelike” viewing experience, Sony’s very own Bravia Core movie service – this is the first time it’s available in Malaysia – variable refresh rate, and of course, Google TV.

All three 2022 Sony Bravia XR TVs are now available for purchase in Malaysia. To recap, the X90K LED TV starts at RM5,899, while the A80K OLED TV retails from RM9,599. As for the sole X95K in 85-inch size, it’s priced at RM28,999.
