Introduced globally just a couple of weeks ago, Asus Malaysia just launched the Asus Zenbook Pro 16X OLED in Malaysia. Touted by the Taiwanese company as the “most powerful Zenbook ever,” this creator-focused laptop features an Intel Core i9-12900H processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU.
Only one variant of the Zenbook Pro 16X OLED is offered in Malaysia. Priced at RM11,999, the creator-focused laptop is packed with an Intel Core i7-12700H processor paired with 16GB of RAM, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU, as well as 1TB of SSD storage.

Aside from that, the Pro 16X OLED also features a “world-leading” 16-inch 4K OLED HDR touch-enabled display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 2.4kg unibody chassis, and a generous 96Wh battery that is said to provide up to 10 hours of continuous use on a single charge.
In the cooling department, the Pro 16X OLED has an “AAS Ultra” mechanism that lifts up the keyboard deck. Asus said this allows the CPU and GPU of the laptop to run at up to 140W combined TDP in Performance mode without throttling. Given that this is 16.9mm thin laptop, it’s quite an impressive claim.

To recap, the Asus Zenbook Pro 16X OLED is priced at RM11,999 for the Malaysian market. According to Asus Malaysia, this premium laptop will be available for purchase on our shores sometime in June next month.
