Aside from the Realme 9, the Chinese company also launched an affordable tablet in Malaysia. Not only is the Realme Pad Mini budget-friendly, it even features a rather sleek-looking metal chassis.
Three different variants of the Pad Mini are offered in Malaysia. The WiFi-only base model with 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage costs RM699, while the LTE variant with the same storage and RAM capacities is priced at RM749. The range-topping 4GB + 64GB configuration, on the other hand, goes for RM799.
For that kind of money, the Pad Mini comes with a Unisoc T616 processor. Other specifications of this affordable tablet include an 8.4-inch 1340 x 800 display, an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP selfie camera, as well as a rather generous 6,400mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.
The Realme Pad Mini will be available for purchase in Malaysia on 25 April. Both the WiFi-only and LTE versions of the 3GB + 32GB configuration can be purchased on Shopee for RM599 and RM729 on the day itself – that’s a RM100 and RM50 discount respectively – while the 4GB + 64GB model is sold through authorised retailers for RM799.
