Huawei MateBook D 15 With 11th Gen Intel Chip Now in Malaysia From RM3,099 – Early Birds Get RM827 Freebies

Huawei just launched the refreshed Huawei MateBook D 15 in Malaysia. Now sporting Intel’s 11th generation processor, this thin and light productivity laptop offers reasonably good value for money too.

The updated MateBook D 15 with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor starts at RM3,099 in Malaysia. For that kind of money, it offers 8GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. If you want more RAM, you can upgrade it to 16GB for RM3,399.

Those who purchase the higher-end MateBook D 15 (16GB + 512GB) model will also receive RM827 worth of freebies. these include a Huawei FreeLace neckbuds, Huawei CD20 Bluetooth mouse, Huawei-branded backpack, and a complimentary one year extended warranty. If you get the 8GB + 512GB variant instead, you only get the backpack and extended warranty.

As mentioned, the MateBook D 15 is quite a portable machine: its 16.9mm thin metal chassis weighs only 1.56kg. It also has a sleek-looking 15.6-inch 1920 x 1080 IPS screen with an 87% screen-to-body ratio, as well as Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics and Windows 10 Home out of the box (upgradable to Windows 11).
