Launched alongside the Reno 7 Pro is the more affordable Oppo Reno 7. Naturally, the standard model still focuses on delivery good portrait shots, and more importantly, it’s slightly more affordable too.

For the Malaysian market, the Reno 7 is only offered in one variant. Sporting 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, it is priced at RM1,999, and it is available for pre-order now until 4 March 2022.

Just like the Pro model, the Reno 7’s portrait mode promises DSLR-like portrait shots, thanks to its Portrait Mode with “25 levels of adjustable aperture.” It also has a 32MP selfie camera, along with a 64MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera.

Rounding out the specifications of the Reno 7 are a 6.4-inch 1080p AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset, 5G connectivity, a 4,500mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging, and ColorOS 12 based on Android 11 out of the box.

The Oppo Reno 7 is now available for for pre-order in Malaysia until 4 March 2022 for RM1,999. Every pre-order will also come with freebies worth up to RM1,406.
