Xiaomi Malaysia just revealed an interesting sales figure for the all-new Redmi Note 11 in Malaysia, which starts at just RM749. According to the company, over 6,500 units of the budget-friendly phone were sold locally in just 24 hours last week.
Needless to say, this is an impressive feat, though Xiaomi Malaysia did not reveal the sales figure for the other devices in the Redmi Note 11 series. Nonetheless, Xiaomi will be running three roadshows from 23 to 27 February to further promote the series.
These roadshows will take place in Sunway Pyramid, Selangor; Queensbay Mall, Penang; and Aeon Tebrau City, Johor. Any purchase of the Redmi Note 11 series at the roadshows will come with freebies worth RM457, including a RM100 Xiaomi AIoT voucher, Redmi Buds 3 Lite, and even a Mi Smart Scale 2. Of course, these freebies are only offered while stocks last.
“We are so grateful to our customers and fans for their great support in our latest Redmi Note 11 series,” said the country manager of Xiaomi Malaysia and Singapore, Nicolas Shi. “To make it better, it also comes with a truly affordable price tag —making flagship-level smartphone performance more accessible than before,” he added.
To recap, the Redmi Note 11 series roadshow in Malaysia will take place from 23 to 27 February this week at these locations: Sunway Pyramid, Selangor; Queensbay Mall, Penang; and Aeon Tebrau City, Johor.
